What is in store for Commercial Real Estate in 2022? There are several predictions from large office campuses being target sites for industrial developers; to the infrastructure bill not having a major impact on CRE; to the changes in the supply chain issues and finally the potential for inflation to cause construction costs to skyrocket and slowdown or even cancel development projects.
It is safe to say that predictions are just that, a hypothetical forecast for the future. As we know from 2020, anything is possible!
