Another recap from NAIOP’s I.CON West Conference included a group of panelists discussing the top challenges in the Industrial sector of Commercial Real Estate. It shouldn’t come as a surprise, due to the strains of Covid, that supply chain issues and spikes in rent and demand from E-commerce exploding are a couple of the top challenges the experts discussed for Industrial Real Estate.
The other challenges include building design and location as well as predicting the future. It is safe to say the Industrial Real Estate is flourishing and if unable to predict the future looks bright.
